About the Faculty
Dr. Robert Kissell is the President of the Kissell Research Group and has over 25 years of experience in financial and quantitative analysis. Specializing in statistical modeling and risk management, Dr. Kissell is an expert in electronic and algorithmic trading. He has also contributed significantly to academia, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Cornell University, Fordham University, and Baruch College.
Dr. Kissell holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Fordham University, along with multiple master’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Business. He has published extensively, Dr Kissell is a Contributing Author at the CFA Institute, His accolades include the Best Paper Award (2011, 2019) and the Faculty Research Award (2020–2021) from Molloy College.
Dr. Kissell’s deep understanding of algorithmic trading and risk management provides learners with comprehensive insights into the electronic trading domain.
EPAT Teaching
Dr Kissell’s session provides a comprehensive introduction to electronic and algorithmic trading, focusing on market microstructure, trading algorithms, and financial market dynamics.
