About the Faculty
Prodipta Ghosh is the Vice President at QuantInsti, where he leads the development of fintech products and platforms. With a strong background in quantitative trading, he has worked at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President, at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate, and as a Scientist at the Defence Research & Development Organization. At EPAT, Prodipta teaches programming concepts and relates financial computing to real-world markets, leveraging his expertise in R, Python, and quantitative techniques.
Prodipta earned his PGDM from IIM Lucknow and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University. In addition to his professional work, Prodipta has conducted lectures and workshops across South East Asia, including at Kenanga in Malaysia and NTU in Singapore. He is also an avid reader and contributes to the quant community through his blogs and R/Python packages.
Prodipta’s ability to bridge theoretical finance with practical programming makes his sessions both engaging and informative for anyone looking to master quantitative trading.
