About the Faculty
Dr. Hui Liu is the Founder of Running River Investments LLC and the creator of IBridgePy, a platform that simplifies algorithmic trading. With deep expertise in programming for financial markets, he helps learners implement equity trading strategies using algorithms. Dr. Liu has been recognized with the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, an MS from Tsinghua University, and an MBA from Indiana University. At EPAT, he focuses on delivering practical insights into algorithmic trading and making complex topics accessible.
In his leisure time, Dr. Liu enjoys soccer, ping pong, and hiking.
Dr. Liu’s focus on simplifying complex trading processes and his ability to teach practical algorithmic trading techniques make him an excellent guide for learners at all levels.
